fix(lightnovelwp): support article.epcontent chapters and fix search URL (#2483)

Closes #2483

• Add article.epcontent selector fallback in lightnovelwp template so chapters rendered in <article> tags load properly (fixes empty chapters on TC & Sega)
• Fix search URL by ensuring a trailing slash before ?s= query parameter to avoid unnecessary redirects
• Bump lightnovelwp template version to 1.1.11 and TCSega to 1.1.12

Older chapter images may break

The new trailing slash in TCSega’s sourceSite can leave two slashes when it joins an older chapter path. safeFecth removes the extra slash when fetching the chapter, but pageUrl keeps it when building relative image links. If the image host treats those paths differently, readers see broken images. Build pageUrl from the same cleaned URL used for the fetch.
