Fix CI jobs deleting each other's clones - #546

… clone The Hubcast switch (#541) dropped CUSTOM_CI_BUILDS_DIR, so clones moved to the shared ~/.jacamar-ci/builds and rm -rf ${CI_BUILDS_DIR} deleted concurrent jobs' checkouts.

Restore CUSTOM_CI_BUILDS_DIR, which the Hubcast switch dropped, so Proteus CI clones no longer land in the shared ~/.jacamar-ci/builds directory. Change the after_script cleanup to remove only the job's own CI_PROJECT_DIR instead of the shared CI_BUILDS_DIR, which was deleting concurrent jobs' checkouts mid-build.
