Add manual std qualification with 1, 2, or 4 Emscripten scheduler workers. GoJS and WASI retain their backends. Multi-worker dispatches run the full Memory32/64 Node/Chrome acceptance, with worker counts in job names and reports. Budget the browser job for dependency setup plus the measured 25-minute acceptance; per-case limits and assertions are unchanged.
Run the two Go versions sequentially in each Wasm GOROOT shard. A Wasm-only dispatch skips native jobs and requires every expected report and successful shard. Scheduled coverage is unchanged.
Validation: actionlint and diff checks pass. Main's full std and Go 1.26/1.27 GOROOT qualifications passed. Multi-worker std qualification found the cross-worker reflection defect addressed by xgo-dev/llgo#2743; full std/worker qualification and Go 1.26/1.27 Wasm GOROOT qualification are queued against the rooted filesystem buffer/GC metadata fixes, rebased on latest main at compiler SHA
