Removes the unused normalizeVolumeBands utility, its call sites, and its dedicated unit tests.

Summary of changes

• Deleted normalizeVolumeBands from packages/shadcn/lib/utils.ts
• Removed its import/usage from agent-audio-visualizer-bar.tsx, agent-audio-visualizer-grid.tsx, and agent-audio-visualizer-radial.tsx
• Deleted packages/shadcn/tests/utils.test.ts (its test coverage)

Testing

• N/A — pure removal of unused code, no runtime/UI behavior changed, nothing to preview.
