feat(android): add warm Hermes text and voice session

Summary

• connect automatically to a warm LiveKit session for instant Hermes Main text chat
• keep the microphone off by default and enable realtime voice only through Call Hermes
• keep text and voice in one conversation timeline and persisted safe session state
• surface tool progress and require explicit on-device confirmation for sensitive actions
• align Android status contracts with the Hermes worker protocol

Testing

• 32 unit tests passed with zero failures or errors
• installed APK matched the freshly built artifact
• Android remained connected with audio recording inactive until Call Hermes
