Lack of highlighting when copying or moving an item between tabs in file manager

I use the latest version of Mint-Y, Cinnamon, Linux Mint 19.
When I drag and copy or move an item between tabs in the nemo file manager, I cannot be sure if I am at the right position to let it go because there's no tab highlighting which exists in the arc-theme which is currently maintained here:

Just tested this and I see what you mean. I'll look at getting that fixed.
