Summary

• Bump version to 0.4.5 and republish to npm — the 0.4.4 version was already published 13 days ago and could not be republished with the new GLM-5.2 sponsor section.
• CHANGELOG entry for 0.4.5 documenting the README sponsor addition and the republish.

Context

npm's 0.4.4 tarball (published 2026-06-18) predates the GLM-5.2 sponsor commit b28262c, so the ad never reached npm. Bumping to 0.4.5 and running npm publish ships the updated READMEs to the registry.
