Summary

  • Clarifies /openflow init as project introduction, rules, and implementation constraint capture.
  • Reworks the workflow SVG/PNG so routing and phase nodes do not overlap.
  • Bumps the package to 0.4.2 and updates the changelog.

Test Plan

  • npm run build
  • npm test
  • SVG parsed with Ruby REXML
  • Final PNG preview inspected

The init phase reads like a config-file maintenance task when the user-facing job is to capture project purpose, rules, and implementation constraints. The docs and workflow diagram now describe init as project-context onboarding, and the diagram spacing separates routing, init, capture, translation, amend, build, and close so the flow is readable.

Constraint: Release requested as a new formal patch version after the 0.4.1 baseline.

Rejected: Leave README wording focused on openspec/config.yaml | users interpreted the phase as file editing instead of project introduction and rules capture.

Confidence: high

Scope-risk: narrow

Directive: Keep init language user-intent first; mention openspec/config.yaml only as the storage target.

Tested: npm run build

Tested: npm test

Tested: SVG parsed with Ruby REXML and PNG preview inspected
