fix(deps): hold sharp at 0.35.5 and source-map-js at 1.2.2 for two high advisories - #1581

…gh advisories sharp 0.35.5 fixes GHSA-wq5f-xc86-pv6w (librsvg in sharp's libvips) and source-map-js 1.2.2 fixes GHSA-68fv-2mgg-jv7q (event-loop denial of service). Both are inside their parents' ranges, so the overrides only force resolution forward; the //overrides note says when to drop them. bun.lock regenerated by bun install.

dompurify3.4.15 (GHSA-6688-9rhm-gjv2, low):monaco-editor0.57.0, the latest release, pins it and inlines it in its bundle, so an override would change the lockfile and not the code served.sprintf-js(no fixed release yet), andhttp-cache-semanticsandpostcss-selector-parserin the runtime image's bundled npm, which need an image change of their own.Verified: the full gate set, and sharp 0.35.5 (libvips 8.18.7) loads and converts an image.
