docs(distribution): add the Railyard template catalog to the channel inventory - #1568

…inventory Railyard now lists LibreDB Studio in its template catalog, added by Railyard at our request on #1546, so it joins the inventory as a tier 4 curated PaaS catalog. Railyard keeps the template on its own side and says it builds main at deploy time, so the row has no pin, the same as the Render Blueprint. The note also records that the reference deploy ran with local storage on 2026-10-06. DISTRIBUTION.md called Google Cloud Marketplace the one catalog with nothing to pin even in principle, which this row makes false, and its count of catalog channels without a descriptor here was already short. The paragraph now names both and drops the count. docs/CHANNELS.md and src/lib/distribution/channels.generated.ts are regenerated, so the login page counts one more install channel.
