feat: suggest the spamassassin preset on Mailpit's page - #40

Mailpit is built into lerd and has no definition here that could point at its scoring backend, so the spamassassin preset names Mailpit in a new suggest_for key, and lerd offers it on Mailpit's page. The key is carried into the index and declared in schema 2 as dropped on the way down, so no tree an older binary reads ever holds it. Closes #39

Mailpit is built into lerd and has no definition here that could point at its scoring backend, so the spamassassin preset names Mailpit in a new suggest_for key, and lerd offers it on Mailpit's page as a companion (lerd-env/lerd#2078). The render script carries the key into the index, and schema 2 declares it dropped on the way down, so no tree an older binary reads ever holds it. Only schema 2 changes, since spamassassin is published there alone.
