docs: show each service's logo in the README - #35

The README listed services as plain names. It now opens with a row of every service that has a mark of its own, and every table row carries a tile, painted in the service's colour on a white tile so it reads in both GitHub themes. A service without a mark shows the lerd glyph its icon names in its category's tint, the way the dashboard draws it. The store marks stay monochrome as lerd requires, and a small script renders the README copies from them. Kafka and its UI were missing from the tables and are listed now, and each table is alphabetical.
