docs: show each framework's logo in the README - #93

The README listed frameworks as plain text. It now opens with a row of every framework's mark and carries the same mark beside each row of the table, painted in the framework's own colour on a white tile so it reads in both GitHub themes. The store marks stay monochrome as lerd requires, and a small script renders the README copies from them. Bedrock had no mark at all, so it gets the Roots Bedrock one from Simple Icons.

The store marks stay monochrome as lerd requires. The README copies live in .github/logos and are rendered from those marks and their declared colours by .github/scripts/readme_logos.py, which the contributing section now points to. Bedrock had no mark at all, so it gets the Roots Bedrock one from Simple Icons, which also gives Bedrock sites a mark in the dashboard.
