Summary

Aligns README footer and "make a change yourself" section with the Lentago Labs voice guide established in ADR-0008. Replaces team-learning-lab framing with pro-bono operations practice identity, and shifts "make a change" prose from lab/stakes language to real-systems/safe-to-try positioning — writing for the one tech person, not a peer colleague.

Two changes:

  1. Footer blockquote: replaces "team learning lab — real systems, non-critical stakes" with the canonical footer prose (pro-bono operations practice for organizations that run on volunteers, donations, and one overworked tech person)
  2. "Make a change yourself" opener: replaces "This is a lab — the systems are real, the stakes are not" with the canonical voice-guide opener

The one-line intro under "What this repo demonstrates" already addresses the reader appropriately and requires no change.

Noticed, not changed

None — this PR contains only the three surgical swaps specified in the task.
