The README still says policy applies to “all fifteen repos,” but this PR removes
music-curatorfromfleet-ops/repos.json. Update the count and link the fleet configuration as evidence. As per path instructions, “Every claim about the fleet [must be] linked to the repo, file, or PR that proves it.”🤖 Prompt for AI Agents

Part of #264. Removes
music-curatorfrom the fleet settings-as-code surface so the repository can be transferred to the maintainer's personal account,cpitzi/music-curator, following the pathreference-checkertook in #146. It is a personal collection tool rather than an offering of the practice; GitHub redirects keep existing URLs working, and its open issues and pull requests travel with it.What changed
fleet-ops/repos.json,fleet-ops/required-checks.json: entries removedbrand/fleet.json: entry removed;brand/generated/music-curator/deletedterraform/imports.tf: the ruleset adoption id removedmetrics/generate-fleet-reports.py: the music-curator census carve-outs removed (thedata/data-dir rule and thevault/content rule) and the two report notes that named them shortenedci/validate.py: the matching classifier cases removed; the negative cases that pinned the carve-outs from widening are re-homed onhomeassistant-config(a Markdown file under the data dir, a script, a CSV outside the data dir) and acontentcase on the ice-cream recipes, so the guard keeps its strengthterraform/README.md: a dated note under "Retiring a repo" on how a transfer differs from a retirementpython3 ci/validate.pypasses all five checks locally;terraform fmt -checkandterraform validatepass.Order is load-bearing. The repository's twelve resources are still in state when this PR opens (the repository, the merge gate, the ruleset, nine labels), so the plan on this PR fails on
prevent_destroyuntil they are removed withterraform state rm. That removal is the deliberate step, run from a workstation with the state credentials right before this merges; the transfer runs after the merge. Transferring first would leave config declaring a repository the org no longer has, and the next plan would propose creating an empty one in its place.Records stay as they are: ADR-0003, the fleet and incident reports that name the repository, and the census notes, which the weekly refresh regenerates from live org data. The census generator still keys epigaea's data-dir carve-out as
homeassistant-config, the repository's pre-rename name; that is untouched here and worth its own look.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
