Automated weekly regeneration of fleet-reports/fleet-report.md (combined issue report + code census, from public GitHub metadata + cloc) and fleet-reports/incidents.md (the incident register, from the report files under fleet-reports/incidents/). Produced by .github/workflows/fleet-reports.yml.
