  • A runtime removed between choosing it and picking a device type is
reported as such, not as "supports no iPhone device type".
  • A runtime entry without supportedDeviceTypes is read with .get, so it
reports the missing iPhone types instead of a KeyError traceback.
  • The missing-runtime hint names "an iOS .x runtime" with 17.5 as
an example, and says what to do when the installed Xcode refuses to
download an older runtime (import its .dmg): Xcode 27 refuses 17.5.

Testing

Each new message path was triggered by hand: missing major, runtime vanished, and no supportedDeviceTypes key.

Closes #49

- A runtime removed between choosing it and picking a device type is
reported as such, not as "supports no iPhone device type".
- A runtime entry without supportedDeviceTypes is read with .get, so it
reports the missing iPhone types instead of a KeyError traceback.
- The missing-runtime hint names "an iOS <major>.x runtime" with 17.5 as
an example, and says what to do when the installed Xcode refuses to
download an older runtime (import its .dmg): Xcode 27 refuses 17.5.
