Summary

Wave 0.1.17 synchronizes all vendored Oxlint anti-slop assets to upstream dmmulroy/anti-slop@c44ef22ca116d0ba62a3ff663a0bd13a3f3fa40b (version label 0.1.2+c44ef22 (untagged main, post-v0.1.2)) and releases version 0.1.17.

Key Changes

1. Asset synchronization (c44ef22):
   • Synchronized all 38 Oxlint linter rule assets under skills/install-anti-slop/assets/anti-slop/ byte-identical to upstream git tree c44ef22ca116d0ba62a3ff663a0bd13a3f3fa40b.
   • Added tests/fixtures/anti-slop-c44ef22-manifest.json tracking all 38 git blob SHAs.
   • Includes 3 new generic rules (no-array-filter-map, no-reduce-accumulator-copy, require-readable-spacing), 4 new Effect rules (no-manual-effect-error-tag, no-manual-tag-comparison, no-manual-tagged-construction, prefer-effect-match), helpers shared/array-method.ts and shared/scope.ts, and upstream-adapted eslint-stylistic under MIT.
2. Profiles & Script reconciliation:
   • recommended profile stays 4 high-signal assertions (no-chained-type-assertions, no-widen-then-assert, no-known-value-widening, require-safety-comment-for-type-assertion), omitting require-readable-spacing to prevent formatter collisions.
   • strict profile enables 18 generic rules + native companion "oxc/no-accumulating-spread": "error".
   • effect group enables 5 Effect rules.
   • Converted manage.mjs update to non-destructive dry-run review ([ADD], [CHANGE], [SAME], [LOCAL-ONLY]) following upstream references/update.md merge doctrine (only mutates with --force), and merged jsPlugins per name.
   • Restored scripts/install.mjs byte-identical to upstream (db1f155b).
   • Vendored references/update.md byte-identical to upstream (b2e7f675).
3. Notices & Provenance:
   • Added vendor/licenses/ESLINT-STYLISTIC-MIT.txt.
   • Updated skills/install-anti-slop/NOTICE.md, THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md, vendor/sources.json, vendor/provenance.json, vendor/license-audit.json.
   • Updated docs/source-wave.md to **SYNCED**.
4. Release 0.1.17:
   • Bumped VERSION, README.md, vendor/sources.json, vendor/provenance.json, vendor/license-audit.json, docs/CATALOG-FREEZE.md, and CHANGELOG.md.
   • Expanded tests/test_anti_slop.py with 9 comprehensive contract tests (manifest blob checks, rule count and registration checks, license checks, zero-mutation audit and update dry-run tests).
