Implementation of the OSRC Magnetic-to-Electric (MtE) and Electric-to-Magnetic (EtM) operators.
A single example of preconditioning of the EFIE by the OSRC MtE operator is included.
This example is also used to document the OSRC operators using literate.jl

One dependency is added:

  • Polynomials.jl
    Which is only required during the construction of the EtM operator, where the rational Padé series is inverted via polynomial root finding (zeros and poles of the rational representation).
