docs: add tutorial for trail summaries in GitHub and GitLab pipelines

Adds a short tutorial showing how to publish a Kosli trail as a markdown summary on GitHub Actions and GitLab CI pipeline runs, based on the new kosli get trail --output markdown flag introduced in kosli-dev/cli#953.

Changes

• New page: tutorials/trail_summaries_in_ci.md
  • Describes what the markdown output contains (trail metadata, git commit, attestation statuses with ✅/❌/⏳ + (+) for unexpected, events table) and the links it produces back to the Kosli app.
  • GitHub Actions recipe: append to $GITHUB_STEP_SUMMARY with if: always() so the summary still publishes on failure.
  • GitLab CI recipe: produce a summary.md artifact with expose_as so it shows on the job page and as an MR annotation.
• Navigation: added under Tutorials → Querying & tracing.

Validated with mint validate and mint broken-links.
