What changed

Updated the README now that npm installation is live.
Added repository, homepage, and issue metadata for npm.
Bumped the package to 0.1.1.
Read the CLI version from package metadata instead of a hard-coded value.

Why

The functional 0.1.0 package was published with pre-publication README wording and no repository link in its npm manifest.

Validation

All 12 tests pass.
Syntax checks pass.
npm publication dry run succeeds.
The CLI reports version 0.1.1.
