Bitbucket pull request reviewers use the wrong user property

Root cause

src/services/bitbucket/client.ts serialized pull request reviewers as reviewers[].user.slug in both createPR and updatePR. Bitbucket Server's Data Center REST API identifies a reviewer by reviewers[].user.name (the username) — slug isn't a valid identifying field on the user object there. The existing addReviewer method already used the correct { user: { name } } shape, confirming this fix.

Changes

• src/services/bitbucket/client.ts — createPR and updatePR now send { user: { name } } instead of { user: { slug } } for each reviewer.
• src/services/bitbucket/client.test.ts — added coverage asserting the request body shape for both methods.
