Remove integrated/disintegrated flavors and migrate to a single OSS variant with runtime capability gates. Update CI to build/test/lint single-variant artifacts. Add FeatureAvailability runtime checks, hardened PrivateSpace/NotificationService logic, HomeReorderHelper + unit tests, widget hosting (pin/configure/height/order) and instrumentation smoke tests. Extend Prefs with homescreen and widget settings, add Compose UI components, motion/dimens tokens, docs (architecture/features/testing/bugs) and CHANGELOG. Includes various bug fixes (drawer focus, reorder cascade, safe JSON parsing) and dependency/test infra updates.
