- Check your dashboard — instance status, provisioning errors, and billing issues are visible there.
Open a new issue and include:
- What happened — describe the problem clearly.
- What you expected — what should have happened instead.
- Steps to reproduce — the fewer steps, the faster we can help.
- Cloud & region — e.g. AWS
us-east-1, GCPeurope-west1. - Client / SDK — e.g.
ioredis 5.3,redis-py 5.0,jedis 3.x. - Error message or output — paste any relevant logs or error text.
The more detail you provide, the faster we can investigate.
