Summary

• add Chinese/English runtime localization across the desktop workbench
• add saved capture Profiles and reversible native connectors for Codex, Claude Code, and Gemini CLI
• add managed system-proxy capture for mainstream agents without stable base URL configuration
• document agent connections, internationalization, development plan, and progress
• keep updater startup compatible with packaged desktop builds

Safety

• connector records contain URLs and metadata only; API keys and tokens are never persisted
• restore refuses to overwrite base URLs changed after CodeIsCheap connected them
• universal proxy restoration returns managed system proxy and newly installed local CA trust to their prior state
