npm package that adds cp binary to copy files

Since shelljs doesn't have a CLI, how can cp be simulated on Windows without having to install the UnxUtils?

There are a ton of packages on npmjs.org that copy files, but it's a mess to find one that installs a binary that can be used from npm scripts.

Found one: cpy.

cpy fails silently when files are missing.

You could add a CLI for shelljs, it looks like there are other people who would like one.
