I work in AI by day and build my own agents by night. This page is the night part. I grew up in Ghent, Belgium 🇧🇪, and fell in love with retail folding sweaters in a Belgian lifestyle store; brands have been my world ever since. I'm an economist by training, not a computer scientist. That's why I build: I want to understand AI from the keyboard, not just the boardroom.

• 🔨 I build AI agents and micro tools to make my life run better. Some are public, others not (yet):

  • 🩺 Holy: a four-specialist health swarm (coach, nutritionist, doc, sports psychologist) training me for my next marathon.
  • 🕵️‍♀️ Rachel: my intelligence analyst. She listens to the investor calls nobody has time for — 50+ retail, consumer, and luxury companies — and distills what the C-suite is really talking about. Her job: keep me the most knowledgeable person in the room.
  • 🛠️ Cody: I'm not a computer scientist, so I built my own engineer. He pressure-tests everything I ship: security, IP, quality.
  • 🧭 Josh: helps my family and me navigate moves across countries and the long game of my career.

• 🕸️ These aren't four agents. They're four swarms. Each orchestrates its own subagents; they share memory and coordinate through a sprint board where they leave each other notes. Built with Claude Code and custom MCP servers: apps on Vercel and Cloudflare, data in Supabase and Upstash, shared brain in Obsidian. It's the orchestration problem every enterprise is about to face, in miniature.

• 🎤 I talk about it too, at ShopTalk, VivaTech, and WebSummit — but the rule of this profile is: nothing gets talked about here that wasn't built first. I don't just talk about AI. I build it.

• 🧒 My favourite beta testers are my own sons, both born in the 2010s. They test my agents, question everything, and force me to rephrase until it's simple, fun, and human. Best design reviewers I've ever worked with. (For the grown-ups: I also advise AI startups backed by leading VCs.)

• 🌍 I've lived in Ghent 🇧🇪, Bologna 🇮🇹, Amsterdam 🇳🇱, London 🇬🇧, Washington D.C. 🇺🇸, and Paris 🇫🇷. I operate in Dutch, French, English, and Portuguese — and my agents answer in all of them.
