- 🎓 I completed my PhD in the Bioinformatics and Computational Biology (BCB) program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I studied the role of 3D chromatin structure in response to environmental stress in the Phanstiel Lab.
- 🗣️ I am also a Co-Founder of the nonprofit organization, Science For Good
- 🧠 I am a Fulbright Scholar in the Gabriele lab at the San Raffaele Telethon Institute for Gene Therapy (SR-Tiget) in Milan, Italy 🇮🇹. I am also a HHMI Gilliam Postdoctoral Scholar in the Scavuzzo lab at Case Western Reserve University (Cleveland, OH, US)
- 🐯 I am a proud alum of Occidental College, a small liberal arts school in Los Angeles, CA. There, I played NCAA DIII baseball ⚾️ and majored in Cellular & Molecular Biology 🧬. I also did research on the venom of fish-hunting cone snails! 🐚
