DevSquad 0.11.1 — correct Claude plugin hook loading

Corrective patch within the user-authorized public GitHub release and safe
local update. Preserve v0.11.0's tag/assets; its notes disclose the issue.

The normal scoped Claude update installed0.11.0 with exit0, but the actual
plugin list reported a hook-load error. Claude2.1.220's installed validator
returned1: hooks expected record/undefined. The legacy hook file omitted
the required outer hooks object.

Narrow change and evidence

• Add only the hooks envelope; parsed event values, commands, matchers and
  15s timeouts exactly match the old file. No hook-script or core code edits.
• Plugin and both marketplace versions are0.11.1; standalone core stays0.1.0.
• Offline packaging checks reject the old event-only shape, verify four
  registrations/stable paths, and require all metadata versions to match.
• Actual corrected Claude validator passes; independent exact-old fixture
  fails, corrected fixture passes. Nine packaging and261 Bash assertions pass.
• Independent scoped source review clean on frozen diff

• Core tree62eea7fa31153ef732fd5e9dfd97951d95b367d8 is unchanged, with
  accepted604-test gates on Python3.11.9 and3.14.7 from the prior core release.

Final candidatebefc7e8a00c9b9251af0a83e3a77f12adae5db11 passed all four
public CI37090495321 jobs: Bash261, Python311604/900.372s,
Python314604/869.101s (two SDK skips each/no failures/errors/unraisable),
optionalMCP23/3.809s (one optional skip). Merged2026-10-03T02:55:39Z
as cddfa68; its tree52bca9df exactly
equals tested candidate. After publication, actual normal-installed plugin
must validate and list without hook-load errors. Updater success alone is
not that proof.

Releasev0.11.1 is published/notdraft/notprerelease on that exact merge;
downloaded assets and checksums verified. Actual normal user-scoped updater
installed0.11.1/enabled, actual installed validator passes, plugin list has
zero load errors, installed hook file matches reviewed source exactly.

Council/Claude desktop/current old Codex MCP connection remain separately
limited. No new provider generation, purchase, paid API or global settings.
