Upstream Julia 71d29e95457cd3870c6e13a4a8f170f22bd1d7f9 → 9bc48db402eefac7c613d60c4f54d7d0fef5738a.

The commit is safe to propose without adaptation. It only extracts existing global-store codegen logic; no indexing, dimension, sentinel, compiler-ID, or ABI contract changes are involved. No source or test edits were needed.

Draft for human review. Automatic merging is disabled.

The upstream history is preserved in a merge commit; any Joolia adaptations are committed separately. The publisher explicitly dispatches Joolia CI on this branch; inspect its result before merging.

Incoming commits:

  • 9bc48db402eefac7c613d60c4f54d7d0fef5738a — codegen: factor out emit_globalop_runtime_call [NFC] (change 63248)

Merge integrated batches with a merge commit, never squash/rebase, to preserve the upstream ancestry.
Passing CI covers only contrib/ci/coverage.json; it does not certify the entire port.

Move the out-of-line global store path of `emit_globalop` into a helper
that returns the runtime result, so that it can also be used as the
deoptimization for a retyped global.
