Improve Hostname Layout and Document Automatic Rollouts

Summary

• Reduce the hostname to a readable size that fits the desktop layout.
• Let long hostnames wrap safely on narrow screens without horizontal overflow.
• Document automatic production image publication and Argo rollout.

Application lint and all four tests passed. Chrome previews with an actual pod hostname fit on one line at desktop and 390px mobile widths. This release will verify automatic image write-back and deployment.
