Changes for 0.1.4.

Engine

• db collections are read page by page with the workspace pinned into every request; msf caps unpaged reads at 100 rows, so larger workspaces arrived truncated
• workspace.set holds the refresh lock across the whole switch; a refresh racing the switch could publish one client's rows under another client's workspace
• events, sessions and reports are attributed to the workspace they were created under; session attribution survives reconnects, validated by session uuid, and seeded sessions reconcile against the daemon's list
• console readiness returns only after a read issued after the write confirms the console idle
• reattaching a session keeps its shared transcript; disconnect frees the connection slot at once; rank prefetch commits are guarded by connection generation and rank keys are namespaced by module type

Server

• auth cookies are named per instance: two instances on one host no longer overwrite each other's authentication
• operator.join registers presence at join and rename time instead of waiting for the next command

UI

• console drafts are bound to their session: a session switch under a typed draft clears it instead of sending the command to the new session
• tab completion applies msf's completed-line answers instead of duplicating the command prefix
• the module filter drops nonmatching leaves; copy actions work over plain HTTP; find-attacks keeps the matched port in the launcher; open-module-in-console runs use <module>; the narrow-viewport notice renders
