Summary
Establishes a reliability baseline in which successful runs represent selected work, unknown TOML keys fail early, and rclone credentials are requested only when selected cloud work requires them.
Adds deterministic real tool CI coverage, immutable run planning, explicit runner boundaries, canonical per config locking, and validated archive cleanup.
Makes Shuttle the sole bounded and sanitized primary log writer, with expanded hostile input, concurrency, and integration coverage across terminal, logging, rsync, and rclone paths.
