Triage: looks easy, p4.

The package already works without a plugin. https://search.devbox.sh/v2/resolve?name=apacheKafka&version=latest returns apacheKafka 2.13-4.3.1 for all four platforms, so devbox add apacheKafka installs the Kafka binaries today. There is no Kafka plugin under plugins/ yet.

A plugin would only add service wiring, following the pattern of the existing service plugins such as redis/postgresql:

• a server.properties in {{ .DevboxDir }} (KRaft mode, data dir under {{ .Virtenv }})
• env vars for config and log directories
• a process-compose.yaml that runs kafka-storage.sh format once and then kafka-server-start.sh

That makes it mostly a JSON/template change, which is why I've labelled it easy. It's a nice-to-have, hence p4.
