Spec-driven change proposing a Product Owner managed agent for the graphos project (Haskell graph tools) in the Paperclip company avionix. The PO owns the development backlog: OpenSpec-aware prioritization, dependency-sequenced child-issue authoring, and dispatch to the developer team.
