refresh() calls CellpyCell.update() on the loaded cells and clears the combined-summary cache when any changed; poll() repeats it on an interval, rebuilding summaries and the QC report on changed ticks. Rides on the cell-level update(); no new core API. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
