According to [1] the build-flow-plugin is deprecated. It even has been suspended due to unresolved security vulnerabilities and is therefore not available on the update center anymore. [1] https://wiki.jenkins.io/display/JENKINS/Build+Flow+Plugin

I have fixed the complete build itself in #41. So this PR should be merged afterwards. |

The https://github.com/jenkinsci/plugin-installation-manager-tool currently always tries to resolve even
optionaldependencies. It currently fails to downloadbuildgraph-view-pluginbecausebuild-flow-pluginis not available anymore.
