…r brief Adds a living M3 evidence package that records what was actually shipped each day (posts, on-chain metrics, outreach in aggregate, onboarding calls, registrations). Replaces the July content schedule with the 30-day run starting Sep 14 and adds the designer brief it is built on. Outreach plans and call scripts that name individuals and track private reply status are added to .gitignore and stay local, following the existing convention for OUTREACH_MESSAGES_JUL2026.md.
…LEX ft name The sBTC entry referenced SP3K8BC0PPEVCV7NZ6QSRWPQ2JE9E5B6N3PA0KBR9.token-sbtc, which does not exist on mainnet (Hiro API 404). Use the canonical SM3VDXK3WZZSA84XXFKAFAF15NNZX32CTSG82JFQ4.sbtc-token with ft name sbtc-token. ALEX's fungible token is defined as 'alex', not 'token-alex', so balance lookups and post-conditions for ALEX streams were built against a non-existent asset. Verified all four mainnet tokens' ft names and decimals on-chain.

Problem
SP3K8BC0PPEVCV7NZ6QSRWPQ2JE9E5B6N3PA0KBR9.token-sbtc, which does not exist on mainnet (Hiro API returns 404). sBTC balances read 0 and sBTC stream transactions targeted a missing contract.token-alex, but the contract defines(define-fungible-token alex). Balance lookups and post-conditions (create, top-up, claim) were built against a non-existent asset.Fix
