• account_id, range (DeepStatsRange: begin/end/frozen)
• matches[] (DeepStatsMatch), each containing:
• player (DeepPlayerStatsEntry) aggregate per-match stats
• events[] (DeepPlayerMatchEvent) detailed per-event data

Is this going to help support 360 Stats?

No. This was the DeepStats introduction in 2020.

I don't think that the protobufs contain the additional data descriptors for a paid feature like 360stats.

Will update the protobufs. Let's find out, if we can access the data and maybe re-create the stats dashboard.
