Summary

add a shared browser session command wrapper for bind/unbind
reuse a common BrowserCommandError envelope/logging path
preserve the existing bridge readiness check before bind and unbind daemon commands

Verification

npm run typecheck
env HOME=/tmp/opencli-cli-test-home USERPROFILE=/tmp/opencli-cli-test-home npm test -- --run src/cli.test.ts
