Fix ChatGPT intelligence level selection

Summary

• update ChatGPT web model command to the current five intelligence levels: fast, balanced, advanced, very-high, pro
• keep legacy and Chinese aliases working, including instant/medium/high/extra-high/thinking
• use ChatGPT's authenticated model preference endpoint for Advanced/Pro before falling back to the visible picker
• refresh manifest and ChatGPT web adapter docs
