🎯 What: Extracted duplicate assertStatus helper functions across 11 module test files to testutil.AssertStatus in internal/modules/util/testutil.
💡 Why: Reduces repetitive boilerplate in test files and improves code maintainability.
✅ Verification: Added unit tests in internal/modules/util/testutil/testutil_test.go and ran go test ./internal/modules/....
✨ Result: Clean, centralized status assertion test helper across all hardening module tests.
