🎯 What: Extracted duplicate assertStatus helper functions from module tests into internal/modules/util/testutil.
💡 Why: Reduces code duplication across module test files and improves codebase maintainability.
✅ Verification: Added unit tests for AssertStatus in testutil_test.go and verified all module tests pass with go test -count=1 ./internal/modules/....
✨ Result: Clean, centralized status assertion test utility.
