refactor(modules): extract assertStatus test helper to shared testutil package

🎯 What: Extracted duplicate assertStatus test helper functions across module test files into a shared AssertStatus function in internal/modules/util/testutil.

💡 Why: Removes repetitive helper code across 11 module test files, simplifying maintenance and standardizing test assertions.

✅ Verification: Added comprehensive unit tests in internal/modules/util/testutil/testutil_test.go and verified that go test -count=1 ./... passes cleanly across all packages.
