🎯 What: Extracted duplicate assertStatus helper functions across 11 module test files to a single shared AssertStatus function in internal/modules/util/testutil.

✅ Verification: Added unit tests in internal/modules/util/testutil/testutil_test.go and verified that all tests across the repository pass (go test ./...).
