feat: add analyzer loading spinners, trim welcome banner - #105

Pipeline createProjectMap now reports scan, analyze, dependency map, entity/feature extraction, and AI domain inference through output.spinner with TTY animation, non-TTY fallback, and silent JSON output. Welcome banner trimmed to wordmark plus separator. CHANGELOG entry for 0.4.1 included. Onboarding tests pass explicit language to avoid stdin TTY flake. Welcome banner trimmed to wordmark plus separator. Includes CHANGELOG entry for 0.4.1 and hermetic onboarding tests (explicit language, fixes stdin TTY flake). Verified: pnpm test:cli 273 pass plus type-check, pnpm build:cli plus smoke test. Release plan: merge, then npm version patch on main plus push --follow-tags.
