Summary

  • raise the supported AKM floor and bundled dependency to ^0.9.7
  • expose token-budgeted packed curation through OpenCode and Claude
  • update fake contracts, version gates, tests, and user documentation

Validation

  • 287 Bun tests pass
  • OpenCode and Claude TypeScript checks pass
  • Tier 2 matches baseline with no regressions
  • Tier 3 stub smoke passes
  • real akm-cli 0.9.7 pack contract verified
