The testnet section reuses the same chainId/chainIdHex as mainnet, which causes consumers that key by chain ID to treat both environments as the same network. In practice this can break environment separation (e.g., wallet/network registration collisions and mainnet metadata being used against testnet RPCs), and it also defeats the replay-protection assumption that chain IDs are unique per EVM network.
