Routine dependency bump to pick up the latest IPFS stack, and a v0.13.2 release to go with it. No source changes were needed.

needed.

- boxo v0.39.0 -> v0.42.1
- kubo v0.41.0 -> v0.43.0
- go-libp2p v0.48.0 -> v0.49.0
- kad-dht v0.39.1 -> v0.42.1 (indirect)
- go-unixfsnode v1.10.3 -> v1.10.6 (indirect)
- go-ipld-git v0.1.1 -> v0.1.3 (indirect)

go directive moves to 1.26.5, inherited from kubo.
