Scope

Correct Svif first-use Agnir version selection. OpenAI Platform publication remains paused.

Behavior

  • Existing valid Agnir Project: preserve its declared Core/profile compatibility exactly and bind Svif to the same line.
  • Existing partial/contradictory Agnir: repair/block; never replace it with a clean latest bootstrap.
  • Existing different Continuity Provider: preserve the binding.
  • Genuinely uninitialized Project: resolve canonical iorLab/agnir latest published non-prerelease stable at operation time, then use that release's declared Core/profile and activation/install contract.
  • Package SemVer / operational provenance and Project Core/profile compatibility remain separate.
  • Immutable v0.2.0-preview.1 is unchanged; its historical 0.1 bootstrap remains historical only.

Current observation (not a hard-coded constant): Agnir latest stable is v1.0.2, whose declared Core/profile remains 1.0 / repository-filesystem/1.0.

Verification

  • Local repository integrity: pass.
  • Portable contracts: pass.
  • Full local suite: 131 tests pass.
  • Remote exact-patch verification run 35519430032: pass.
  • Exact candidate Plugin tree: f3806adc53013519c990fa6004f9d0b0092e118d.

Standard PR CI must re-run cross-platform runtime and native Linux/macOS installation/discovery before merge.
